Lviv Chief Commandant Taras Green has announced the innovation of the composition of checkpoints in all regions of Ukraine.
According to the decision of the Defense Council, two representatives of the National Police and two representatives of the territorial centers of the Command and the Security Service will now work at the posts. The duty will take place on all roads all over the country, not just in Lviv, as previously reported.
Greek also stressed that in Lviv region there are now seven internal checkpoints, where law enforcement officers are taking measures to combat possible saboteurs. The decision of the Defense Council will not affect the border checkpoint, the number of which is also seven in the region, they will work in the same composition as before.
This innovation is aimed at ensuring more efficient control and security in the country. Detailed information and details of implementation of these changes can be found on the district sites of the territorial centers of the command. At the same time, dutyrs have the right to check documents from drivers and issue summons to those who are suitable for service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. However, representatives of the territorial centers of command have no right to force men to go to military enlistment offices.
