Thailand's premiere was removed because of an ethical scandal

The Constitutional Court of Thailand was temporarily eliminated by the Prime Minister Phethonghthan The junior from the performance of duties due to suspicion of violation of ethical standards. The court began consideration of a petition, which accuses the head of government of improper conduct during an international cabodge conflict.

The scandal arose after a telephone conversation with the chairman of the Senate Cambodia Hun Saint, an ancient ally of her father, former Prime Minister Taxin Divava. In the conversation concerning the border tension, the junior called Hunsa "Uncle" and asked not to pay attention to public criticism by Thai military leadership, which accused Camboda of provocations. She also called one of the Thai generals "enemy".

These words caused a loud wave of protests in Thailand, especially among military establishment and conservative elites. The situation intensified after the border incident on May 28, which resulted in the killed Cambodia soldier.

The Constitutional Court is currently studying whether the principles of political ethics have violated. At the time of the investigation, it was removed from office.

Analysts see political implication in the court decision. Phethonghthan Cinnamon is the third representative of the dynasty of the jigs, who held the post of prime minister, and the third, whom they are trying to eliminate before the end of the mandate. In 2006, her father's father was eliminated by a military coup, in 2014, her aunt, Yinglak Dennist, was removed from office by court decision, after which the authorities were again seized by the military.

Currently, experts do not exclude the return to the period of political instability, which has repeatedly accompanied the attempts of this family to maintain control of the government.
