PrivatBank, one of Ukraine's largest banks, has announced a significant reduction in tariffs for international transfers through the Privat24 system. From March 4, 2025 to May 15, 2025, the Bank reduces the foreign exchange card transfer commission to foreign cards - from 2% to 1% of the transfer amount. Such an initiative will save clients on transactions when transferring funds abroad.
According to the terms, the minimum commission will remain unchanged and will be 50 UAH. This means that even with small transfers, the commission amount will not exceed 50 UAH, which significantly reduces the costs for clients when transferring to international cards.
The reduced tariff applies to transfers through the mobile application "Privat24", which allows users to carry out transactions quickly and conveniently. In order to make the transfer, you must select the "Transfer to the Card" in the application, fill out the required data of the foreign card, specify the amount and confirm the operation.
Such tariffs are part of Privatbank's strategy to increase financial services for Ukrainians, especially in a period when many citizens need international transfers. This can be due to both personal needs and business transactions. PrivatBank has also recently announced that customers can open digital currency cards remotely through Privat24 and instantly buy currency online through a mobile application.
