Putin concluded a strategic partnership agreement with the DPRK

After the visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to North Korea, Russia and the DPRK signed a comprehensive strategic partnership agreement that provides for mutual assistance in the event of aggression against one of the parties to this treaty.

"The comprehensive partnership agreement we have signed today includes mutual assistance mechanisms in the event of aggression against any of us," Putin said.

The President of the Russian Federation also noted that Russia does not exclude military and technical cooperation with the DPRK, emphasizing the need for such actions through a "insidious event".

"We celebrate the statements of the event for the supply of F-16 aircraft and other heavy weapons to Ukraine for strikes in Russia. In this context, we consider the possibility of military-technical cooperation with the DPRK within the concluded document," Putin added.

He stressed that it is not just a statement, but a real practice that indicates a gross violation of restrictions that have introduced Western countries under international obligations.
