Analyzing the causes and consequences of this massive attack, journalists point out that its main purpose is not only the physical destruction of infrastructure, but also the moral pressure on the population. In particular, during the attack on November 17, amounts were injured, where 10 casualties were recorded and more than 60 wounded. In addition, despite the high level of missiles (85% of 120), it is the psychological attack - numerous air alarm signals and constant explosions - deplete Ukrainians, which inevitably affects the moral state of the population. After the recent negotiations of German Chancellor Olaf Soltz with Vladimir Putin, Russia announced that her position had not changed. The Kremlin not only stated that the attack on Ukraine was a direct result of NATO policy, but also demanded the recognition of "new territorial realities". This is an open reference to the annexation of the occupied territories, which according to the Kremlin, should be part of a peace agreement. This position looks more irreconcilable, and even among the Western diplomats, there are signs that Ukraine may be treated with a partial loss of territories for peace. However, Russia continues to put forward conditions that do not leave Ukraine with any options except for the continuation of the fight, regardless of whether it receives support from the West.
