The head coach of the national team of Ukraine Serhiy Rebrov commented on the beginning of the preparation of the national team for important matches of the playoffs of the League of Nations against Belgium. After a winter pause, "blue and yellow" again gathered together to prepare for two decisive duels, which would determine their place in the league and this prestigious European football championship.
The national team of Ukraine began to prepare for the playoffs of the League of Nations, which will take place in March, and the main task for the rib will be to prepare players for intensive confrontation with one of Europe's strongest teams-Belgium.
"It is very nice to return to the camp of the national team after the winter pause! We start working in wonderful conditions, and I am glad that there are two important matches awaiting us, which will decide our place in the League of Nations," Rebrov wrote on his Instagram.
For the coaching staff, this will be an important test of the forces before the next major tournaments, and Rebrov already focuses on serious training, as two games against Belgium will determine the further path of the national team in the elite division of the League of Nations.
The first playoff match will take place on March 20 on a neutral field in Spain. Ukraine will receive Belgium nominally in the Arena Enrique Rock de Muria, which contains more than 30,000 spectators. The beginning of the match is scheduled for 21:45 Kyiv time.
This match is important, because, despite the fact that Ukrainians act as "owners", the meeting will take place on a neutral field, which will add some intrigue. However, Rebrov hopes that the team will be able to demonstrate their best qualities and will continue the struggle for getting to the League A.
The match will take place on March 23 in Belgium at the Cegeka Arena Stadium in Genk. The game also starts at 21:45 Kyiv time. This match will become even more important as Ukrainians will try to get a good result to decide the fate of their participation in the League of Nations.
"Belgium is a team that has always been in the top of European football. But we are serious, and we have every opportunity to show a decent result. The players are ready for high competition, and we will work to take the maximum from every match," Rebrov said.

"We need to be prepared for any variants of events. Belgium is a team with a lot of individual players, but we have our strength-a team game and interaction on the field. We will adjust the players to make everyone play a role to the maximum," Rebrov added.
