Russia plans to send not only prisoners but also persons accused and suspected of crimes to Ukraine. About it reports the Center of the National Put.
According to the CNS, high officials of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Defense have introduced a new scheme to increase the number of occupation army. Now, instead of just leaving the prisons, accused and suspects, make a contract with the Russian Defense Ministry to exchange "rehabilitating grounds" to stop criminal cases.
Police will also be offered to go to war under administrative supervision, reporting on the number of proposals and contracts.
This scheme is already operating in all regions of the Russian Federation, including temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, and for the first time concerns Ukrainian citizens.
"Since the number of convicts in Russia is decreasing, they now pay attention to the suspects. In other words, they are doomed to use in Ukraine without court," the CNS added.
