The Russian KB VVZ Drones presented a new FPV-Dron "SIFA", which would allegedly be able to knock down the drones and even helicopters.
The main characteristics: maximum speed - 225 km/h, time in the air - 5 minutes, flight range - up to 19 km, combat load - 700 g of explosives
in the conditions of EW - declared resistance to radio electronic struggle. The goal recognition system is partially based on neurotromes
The Russians are already comparing this drone with a complete air defense system, although its characteristics are more reminiscent of a regular FPV-Dron-Kamikadze. Defense Express experts suggest that "the destruction of heavy UAVs" developers refer to the Ukrainian "vampire" from SkyFall (in Russia it is called "Baba Yaga").
At the same time, the stated opportunities seem doubtful: a real air defense is missiles and detection systems, not FPV-drones with explosives of 700 g. Even the crashing of the helicopter with such a drone is an unlikely unlikely task. Working in the conditions of EW is unlikely, because FPV-pans are traditionally vulnerable to radio interference.
