A new free service for legal entities has been launched on the action portal - now the company can check the military status of officially executed employees. The service enables information from the State Register of Military Executives, which significantly simplifies personnel work in the conditions of martial law.
The mechanism is simple: the employer sends a request through "action", then receives an e -mail and a personal account on the portal. In response, complete information about each employee is provided - whether he is booked, whether he is subject to mobilization, etc.
The service is available solely for legal entities that have active status in the State Register. Private entrepreneurs, individuals, as well as those that have stopped, cannot use this service. The data is provided only for employees who are officially employed.
In the absence of information about part of the employees, it can be updated through the portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine. This process can last up to two days. After the update, you must re -request the Action.
The system also warns of possible delays or errors. For example, if an employee actually has a reservation but is marked in the system as an unnecessary, the problem may be in a non -register. In this case, it is recommended that you send the request again. If the system indicates that the employee is registered with another company, it is likely that it indicates an error in the EDRPOU, which should be corrected through the relevant territorial staffing center.
