According to the latest New York Times reports, the Russian Federation restores control of territories in the south of Donetsk region, which were reflected in Ukraine during the summer counter -offensive last year. One example of this return of control was the capture of the village of Urozhayne, which became known through the message on Telegram.
“The harvest was one of the few southern villages that Ukraine liberated last summer, showing a rare success in a disappointing counter -offensive. But now these successes are gradually being nullified by Russian troops that are coming, ”the newspaper writes, and reminds that the Russian Federation reflects most of Rabotine village.
"All the achievements last summer are slowly returning to Russia's control," the article reads.
The newspaper also writes that Russian troops are "slowly moving to the most important T0504 route" from Pokrovsk to Konstantinovka.
“If Russian troops go on the road, Ukrainian military operations in the east of Donetsk region will be seriously complicated. Cities that are connected and are of key importance to the defense of the region, should be provided with alternative, less practical routes.
In particular, the overlap of the road will lead to further isolation of the city of Yar, ”the material reads.
At the same time "not everything is so gloomy" for the Armed Forces, as they were able to stop the promotion of the Russian Federation in the Kharkiv region. A strategy worked in which "the Ukrainian army threw elite brigades and slowly retreated to more fortified positions."
