Sergey Kislytsy got a new position in the Foreign Ministry

The former permanent representative of Ukraine in the UN Sergey Kislytsa was appointed by the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. The corresponding order was signed by Prime Minister Denis Shmigal on February 12, 2025.

Sergey Kislytsia, who held the position of permanent representative of Ukraine in the United Nations since December 19, 2019, will now head an important diplomatic role in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. This appointment happened after his dismissal in December 2024, which was part of the rotation in the Ukrainian diplomatic sector.

During his stay at the UN, Kislytsia became known due to his decisive and often sharp statements, especially in Russia.
