The Judge of the Kiev Court of Kyiv decided to close the case against two accelerations of protesters at the Euromaidan, which was attended by Golden Golden Security. As a result of this decision, the suspects were removed all the charges and canceled their property.
It is about acceleration of the tent town on the Maidan on the night of November 30, 2013, which gave impetus to protests, and about clashes under the administration of the President on Bank on December 1.
The case has been considered in court for 9 years - since 2015. It was closed at the request of the defense party in connection with the expiration of the limitation period. The victims of the victims were left unattended.
About 170 people passed the victims. Among them are already dissatisfaction with the court decision, they are going to appeal. Only two participated in the courts to the latter. Many are on the front, some have already died or died.
The suspects in the case were held, in particular, the former head of the Department of Public Security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kiev Oleg Marynenko, two ex-departments of the commander of the regiment of Kiev "Berkuta" Andriy Didyuk and Mykola Tyagnilno, Acting Commander of the 4th company of Kyiv Berkuta and commander of the 3rd company of Kyiv Berkut Yuriy Shevchenko and Yevgeny Antonov.
