The new mobilization bill allows to select from small farmers agricultural machinery. And introduces a ban on its sale and transportation to other regions.
This was stated by People's Deputy Yulia Klimenko on the broadcast of the telecommunication.
"If earlier it was only about legal entities - enterprises in which transport was seized, now individuals - entrepreneurs - the deputy said.
According to her, if the transport of the FOP gets to the Register of the Tax Code , then it can not be sold, laid or moved between the regions. Klimenko believes that this can paralyze the work of farms, especially small, where there is little transport.
"Restrictions for the movement of equipment in areas are generally insanity, because some agricultural enterprises have land in different areas, the equipment will not be able to move," she said.
Klimenko stated that there was no expediency to remove such agricultural machinery as combines, seeders, because they are not needed in the army. And reported that she would submit appropriate amendments to the mobilization bill.
Earlier, the norm on the removal of transport from entrepreneurs was criticized by the Ukrainian Business Council.
