This may indicate the intentional actions of Russia aimed at creating a threat to the life and safety of prisoners.
Planting a transport aircraft in a 30-kilometer warfare can not be safe and in any case should be discussed by both parties, because otherwise it is dangerous for the entire exchange process.
On this basis, it may be about the planned and deliberate actions of the Russian Federation in order to destabilize the situation in Ukraine and to weaken the international support of our country.
