Taisia's son Povaly opposed the court's decision to confiscate his mother's property

The son of the singer-traitor Taisia Povaliy, who openly supports the war in Ukraine and the Kremlin's policy, expressed his disagreement with the decision of the High Anti-Corruption Court to confiscate the artist's property. He stated that he does not think it is right to deprive people of their property just because of their political position.

It will be recalled that the court decided to confiscate a BMW car, seven plots of land in the Kyiv region, as well as a residential building and home ownership from Povaly. In addition, the singer was deprived of the rights to nine of her songs.

Denys Povaliy, who is currently in Europe, believes that confiscation of property for a position is unacceptable. "You can't just take property from a person just because of his position," he wrote on his Instagram. However, he seems to have forgotten that his mother's position is directly related to the death of Ukrainians and the destruction of the state, which she herself calls "salvation" based on Kremlin propaganda.

Denys also noted that other people who do not support their mother's position live in the house they want to confiscate. At the same time, he expressed the opinion that the decision of VAKS is a "Soviet method" and called to pay attention to other corrupt persons, not only to his mother.

"We have five days to file an appeal. Is this a hint for everyone to sit and be quiet? Can a person be deprived just because of his position?” he asked. In conclusion, Denys noted that he has only questions and no answers.

We will remind that Taisia Povaliy has been living and working in Russia for many years, became a citizen of the aggressor country and actively supports the Putin regime, regularly commenting on the war, calling it a "special military operation". At first, her son did not support his mother's position, but later he also began to justify the actions of the invaders.
