The judge's decision provoked resonance because it included the cancellation of YouTube broadcasting and journalists from the courtroom.
During the meeting, the lawyers of Nesterenko drew attention to the need for an examination of authenticity of the recording, which allegedly attempted to provoke their client to the bribery of Kyiv Vitaliy Klitschko. The defense argued that it was intended to compromise the nickname, and Nesterenko was promised to mitigate his accusations.
Against the background of this, the judge made the decision to restrict public access to meetings. All broadcasts were canceled, and journalists in the hall were blown up.
