The case of provocation of bribe Klitschko was transferred to closed mode

On March 1, 2025, the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court (VAKS) made an unexpected decision to translate the meeting in the case of former MP Vadim Nesterenko into a closed regime. The judge's decision provoked resonance because it included the cancellation of YouTube broadcasting and journalists from the courtroom.

During the meeting, the lawyers of Nesterenko drew attention to the need for an examination of authenticity of the recording, which allegedly attempted to provoke their client to the bribery of Kyiv Vitaliy Klitschko. The defense argued that it was intended to compromise the nickname, and Nesterenko was promised to mitigate his accusations.

Against the background of this, the judge made the decision to restrict public access to meetings. All broadcasts were canceled, and journalists in the hall were blown up. This decision raised questions about the transparency of the process and access to information, as such cases are often covered publicly to ensure the openness of the trial.
