US does not expect a rapid end of war in Ukraine

The war in Ukraine is unlikely to end in the near future, according to US Vice President, Jay Di Vance. He stated this on May 1 in an interview with Breta Breta Breta on Fox News.

According to Vens, both aspects of the conflict - Ukraine and Russia - are well understood what conditions each of them puts forward. In his opinion, the further fate of the peace process depends exclusively on Kyiv and Moscow.

He stressed that both parties should find a way to negotiate to stop the bloody confrontation.

“They must agree and stop this cruel, cruel conflict. It will not go anywhere, you dash. This will not end in the near future. Yes, Ukrainians are angry because they were attacked. But they continue to lose thousands of soldiers in several miles of territory, ”Vance said.

He also expressed his hope that the parties would eventually be aware of the futility of further escalation. According to Vice President, Donald Trump's initiative may be the impetus for potential peace.

“I hope both sides are coming up. And if they do it, it is because Donald Trump offered one of the best deals of the 21st century, ”Vance said, without specifying the details of the proposal.
