The United States announced the preparation of a new military assistance package for Ukraine worth $ 725 million. This package will include unique systems for combating drones, as well as anti -personnel mines that Ukraine will receive for the first time from the United States.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has confirmed information about future assistance during his address:
"The United States prepare an important strong military package of $ 725 million. This is what will greatly support our boys at the front," Zelensky said.
Particular attention is paid to systems to combat drones that become one of the key challenges on the modern battlefield. The transfer of new types of weapons, including anti -personnel mines, should strengthen the defense capability of the Ukrainian military and strengthen Ukraine's position in confrontation with Russian invaders.
