Sibiga called key issues of the summit in France

On March 27, the Summit of the so -called "Coalition of those" will be held in Paris, which will discuss the current needs of Ukraine and the future security infrastructure. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andriy Sibiga at a press conference in Kiev on March 26 spoke about the main issues that will be considered at the meeting.

According to Sibiga, the discussion will be focused on two main aspects:

  1. The urgent needs of Ukraine - it is about the help that is now needed to enhance the country's defense, support the Armed Forces of Ukraine and strengthen security.

  2. Future security infrastructure is a matter of long -term guarantees, future security agreements and further development of military cooperation with partners.

"This is a substantive discussion of urgent issues in detail, so every such meeting is a continuation of previous discussions. And the next stage goes to a really higher level," the minister said.

Sibiga emphasized that such Samites play a key role in the peaceful efforts of Ukraine, since it is European countries that are the main allies in supporting Ukrainian security.

The Minister also stressed that the meeting in Paris will be an opportunity for President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky to hold bilateral talks with European leaders and to agree on further steps in the field of military and economic assistance.

Previous security conferences show that each such meeting brings Ukraine closer to new important agreements with partners. In particular, it is expected that new help packages can be agreed at the Summit in Paris, as well as steps to strengthen Ukraine's security in the long run.

Ukraine continues to work with European allies on the formation of a stable guarantee system that will ensure stability in the region and protection against external threats.
