According to the forecast of the Ukrhydromet Center, raining with wet snow is expected in Ukraine in early November. This will be the first serious change in weather in the direction of winter conditions. Pre -promised rains from October 28 have been abolished, the latest weather conditions have changed under the influence of the Xelat anticyclone, which affects the territory of Ukraine.

Thanks to the anticyclone, according to experts, on Thursday in Ukraine will be dry, but there is a nuance:
"In the north, in the center and in the east, gusts of the northwestern wind can reach 8-13 meters per second."
At night in Ukraine it is expected +2… +8 degrees, and tomorrow afternoon +11… +16. In the northern part, according to Natalka Didenko, it is somewhat cold, +9… +12 degrees.
In Kiev, Thursday will also be dry, sunny, windy, and the temperature in the capital will drop to about +12 degrees.
"In the future, significant changes in the weather are not expected in Ukraine, raining from October 28 is canceled," Natalka Didenko said.
In early November, a cyclone that will bring rain, in places with wet snow. This was previously reported by Natalia Ptukha, a spokeswoman for the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.
When asked about the possibility of snow in different regions of Ukraine, except for the Carpathians, where it has already fallen, the weather forecaster noted that in the near future there are no long precipitation:
"By the end of October in general, we have without precipitation. And just in the first days of November there will be a change in the synoptic situation and there can indeed in the territory of Ukraine, according to the calculations today, a cyclone can be formed. And it can already bring precipitation of at least a mixed phase: it is, that is, rain, sometimes with wet snow,"
