Syrsky about the training of soldiers, which will last at least two months

In Ukraine, active training of new recruits to participate in hostilities continues. At a recent meeting, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrsky, said that they are currently working on creating conditions for a minimum two-month training of servicemen.

Syrsky noted that high-quality training of new recruits is key to preserving their life and health. This will make it possible to provide soldiers with the necessary skills to effectively participate in combat operations. The heads of the General Staff and commanders of various units of the Armed Forces took part in the meeting.

Instead of the former 30-day course, recruits now undergo basic general military training (BZVP) for a month and a half. After that, they receive additional training in military units, which can last from 5 to 14 days. However, in the current conditions of intense hostilities, this requirement is not always possible.

The commander-in-chief also emphasized the importance of a full 14-day adaptation period for new recruits in the brigades, which will allow the soldiers to be maximally prepared for the challenges of modern warfare. Commanders must consider all factors to ensure maximum effectiveness and safety for their subordinates.
