The head of Kupyansk city military administration Andriy Besedin on the only news reported a very difficult situation on the front line in the Kupyansk region. The front line is only two kilometers from the city just two kilometers, and the enemy continues to actively try to perform assault.
According to Besedin, over 12 assault attacks took place in the direction of Petropavlivka-Golubivka, located in the central part of Kupyansk during the last day. The invaders seek to enter the main route Svatove-Kupyansk to get closer to the city.
"The situation is very complex, the enemy does not stop the assault in other directions, in particular on a roe-lozova-curl. They try to break through the defense line to reach the left bank of the Oskil River," he added.
Local officials and the military continue to do everything possible to protect the city, but the situation remains intense and needs special attention.
