The State Land Bank LLC begins the New Year with large -scale land auctions. More than 9,000 hectares of agricultural land in 12 regions of Ukraine were exhibited for the first bidding of 2025.
In particular, the sites are offered in the following regions: Lviv, Transcarpathian, Ivano-Frankivsk, Khmelnitskaya, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv and Odesa regions.
Land rental will be provided for 14 years. The area is different - from 2 hectares to the largest plot of almost 4 thousand hectares.
🔹 Zhytomyr region is a leader in the number of auctions: 22 ads, more than 750 hectares, including large areas of 139 and 142 hectares.
🔹 Mykolaiv region - 8 lots, including three large areas for 1186 ha, 1120 ha and 763 ha.
🔹 Kyiv region - 7 auctions.
🔹 Kirovograd region - 5 auctions, including the largest areas in total - 3968 ha.
🔹 Transcarpathia - 4 auctions.
All land auctions will be held on the site of the Ukrainian Universal Exchange (UUB) . Potential tenants can use convenient filters to find the necessary areas by the date of the auction, region or organizer.
UUB market -based market managers provide full support for bidders - from registration to signing the contract.
