The White House, in turn, questioned the accuracy of this information. In a comment to the TV channel, the Kerline Levitt spokeswoman said the leak was allegedly an attempt to discredit President Donald Trump and the US military.
"This is absolutely wrong information. Its goal is to humiliate President Trump and brave pilots who have fulfilled the mission flawlessly," Levitt said.
