Trump criticized Biden for allowing Ukraine to strike Russia

Newly elected US President Donald Trump criticized the decision of the Joe Biden administration to allow Ukraine to launch long-range strikes on Russian territory. The politician announced this at a press conference.

According to Trump, the US should not have allowed Ukraine to strike "200 miles (approximately 320 kilometers) deep into Russia."

"They did badly. Because of this, the Koreans, North Korea were involved," Trump said.

The politician also claims that the Biden administration did not consult with him before deciding on long-range strikes.

"I don't think it should have been allowed - certainly not just weeks before I became president. Why did they do this without asking me what I thought? I wouldn't let them do that. I think they made a big mistake," he said.

Asked whether the US president-elect could reconsider the decision on strikes after taking office, Trump replied: "Maybe."
