Against the background of a prolonged conflict in Ukraine, which is currently proxy, and in recent years has become more aggressive and armed, Turkey has initiated the creation of a special peace platform.
The head of the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs Hakan Fidan stated this at a meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Organization of Turkic States in Shush.
"The conflict in Ukraine, which lasts for the third year, some time ago acquired the character of proxy.
According to him, Turkey proposes "widespread initiatives for the establishment of peace, the creation of a platform of peace with widespread involvement of countries and diplomacy."
"As we touched on this conflict, we must come from a single point of view," Fidan said at a meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Turkic State Organization in Shush.
