In Minsk, a meeting of Special Representative of US President Donald Trump on Ukraine Kelloga Kelloga with Alexander Lukashenko was held. Negotiations took place at the Independence Palace.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Belarusian leader expressed his hope for an open and subject conversation. He noted that without sincerity it is unlikely to be able to achieve any result.
Kelloga thanked for the reception and noted that there are now serious events in the world, which can have unpredictable consequences if they have been frustrated.
During the conversation, Lukashenko assured the American guest safe while in Belarus, adding that the situation in the region would remain stable.
So far, the official goal of Kellog's visit and discussion details are not disclosed. However, the meeting has already drawn considerable attention in the international information space.
