Antonov's military aircraft departed from Poland to Estonia with servicemen of the 3rd Fleet Ships on board, who had to join other NATO military personnel to participate in exercises.
The video of the take -off of the aircraft was posted on the social networks of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Poland.
These servicemen joined the 14,000th NATO Military Staff, which was practiced in defense of the Baltic Sea. These exercises are part of the major maneuvers of the Alliance aimed at strengthening the defense capability since the Cold War.
Antonov An-124, the second largest aircraft in the world after the An-225 "Dream", which was destroyed during the attack on Gostomel Airport in Ukraine, has striking parameters: length 69 meters, wingspan 73 meters, and can reach a speed of up to 860 km/h. The aircraft can rise to a height of 14,000 meters with maximum load.
