In Toronto, the plane spilled over during landing

The International Airport of Toronto Pearson occurred an aviation event - Delta Airlines Airlines, which arrived from Minneapolis, spilled over during landing. The incident happened on February 17, as reported by CTV News.

There were 80 passengers on board. The accident injured 15 people, although fatalities were avoided. Twelve passengers with mild injuries were hospitalized on ambulances, the child was taken to a children's hospital, and two passengers-a 60-year-old man and a 40-year-old woman-were in critical condition transported by a helicopter to a trauma center.

The reasons for the an aircraft are still unknown. At the time of the accident, the weather conditions were difficult-the wind speed reached 20-30 miles per hour, and gusts reached 40 miles per hour.

The airport service responded promptly to the incident. On the social network X, the airport's press service reported that emergency services are working at the scene and all passengers and crew were provided with the necessary assistance.

Due to the accident, Toronto Airport temporarily stopped all arrivals and departments, which caused significant delays in the flight of flights. An investigation is currently underway, which should identify the exact causes of the incident.
