Hungary blocked about 41% of the EU decisions against Ukraine, - said Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielus Landsbergis.
Before the beginning of the EU Council on Foreign Affairs, he urged Budapest's actions as a systematic approach to any Europe's attempts to play a significant role in foreign policy.
Landsbergis recalled Hungary's counteraction to the allocation of military assistance to Ukraine from the European Peace Fund (EFM), negotiations on its accession to the EU, joint statements about Georgia. According to the politician, the European Union needs to find a way to get around this obstacle, otherwise it will not be able to come to the agreement, become ineffective and will not be able to move in solving even vital issues.
