In UAH equivalent, it is more than UAH 3.5 billion - a significant source of additional budget revenues, which is especially important in war.

The head of the DPS expressed gratitude to the payers, emphasizing that this tax not only fills the budget, but also contributes to the creation of fair conditions of competition between Ukrainian and international companies.

The tax was introduced in June 2021, and on January 1, 2022 it came into force in Ukraine. This tax applies to non -residents who sell electronic services - books, movies, games, cloud services, software, advertising and more.
