President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has announced an active work on the agreement between Ukraine and the United States, which aims to strengthen bilateral relations. In his address on February 21, he stressed that the teams of both countries are currently developing the project of this document.
One of the key aspects of the agreement is the control of rare earth resources. According to Zelensky, the goal is to achieve a fair result that will meet the interests of both states. The President stressed that not only the signing of the agreement, but also the detailed processing of all its components for effective implementation is important.
