Electricity deficits have emerged in Ukraine's power system, which has already been detected and can last during the day, in particular in the evening. The cause of the deficiency is the increase in electricity consumption due to cooling, which led to additional load on the power plant. The accident of power plants also affects the situation, since some of the power units are restored after the attacks of Russian rockets and drones, and the restored blocks cannot carry the same load as damage. In addition, the lack of imports of electricity from the European Union also affects the deficit.
Ukrenergo calls on Ukrainians to use electricity, providing specific recommendations, such as do not include powerful electrical devices at the same time, turn off light in empty rooms and carry washing for night hours.
