The Government has decided that the territorial centers of staffing (formerly - military enlistment offices) will now accept people around the clock. Medical examinations and psychological examinations will also now be a non-stop.
"This applies to both the personal and quality accounting of conscripts and the accounting of vehicles," the Deputy Minister of Defense Natalia Kalmykova reported on the decision.
In addition, she added, the CCC will now be able to "consider administrative offenses and impose penalties" around the clock, that is, to take measures against men, as they ignore the summons or lost a military ticket.
This solution can dramatically change the work of the CCC.
So far, there were only two reception days in their schedule - Tuesday and Thursday and not a full day. In some places, this is from 9am to 5 pm, and in some military enlistment offices, the reception ends at 13 days. To get the necessary documents, people could stand in the queue for weeks.
Anatoly Anatolich, who wanted to go through the VLK, has recently been publicly told about what difficulties you can face the CCC.
He complained that the institution is only two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday) from 09:00 to 18:00. With such a schedule of work, men who go to pass the VLK, simply cannot get inside, he complained.
According to him, on February 8, he went to the shopping center for the third time. He hoped that he would be able to resolve all the documents with the documents. But at first the presenter was waiting for a fine - 1 700 UAH for the lack of a military ticket.
Then it turned out that the military enlistment office did not work on the schedule he saw on the Internet, and in general he was registered in another, Obolon Shopping Center.
When he got there, he was told that he would not have time - come tomorrow. There are many such stories.
It seems that by the decision on the 24 -hour reception time of the Tax Code, the government seeks to increase the efficiency of military enlistment offices and possibly speed up mobilization.
Soon the Verkhovna Rada should adopt a bill on strengthening mobilization. He has already passed his first reading.
Increasing mobilization, as the Ukrainian authorities , it is necessary to provide military registration of the maximum number of men and replenish troops who have suffered losses in almost two years of a full -scale war with Russia.
Earlier, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that the military command expects to mobilize about 450-500 thousand recruits in 2024.
It is estimated that the law on increased mobilization may be fully approved in March this year.
