Members of the standing commission of the Odessa City Council on the issues of spatial development, land management and regulation of land relations agreed to the issue of providing a number of land in the next session.
In particular, the municipal enterprise “Heat supply of the city of Odessa” plans to allocate seven plots with a total area of 2.6 hectares for the construction and maintenance of public buildings.
Two sections of 2.1 ha and 0.022 ha were agreed for KP “Specialized enterprise of utilities”. It is about the territory of the cemetery. It should be noted that one of the plots previously envisaged the demolition of a dwelling house and the eviction of residents, but because of lawsuits and so far the actual residence of people in this territory was separated from the agreed lands.
The MPs of the South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after KD Ushinsky agreed two sections of 15.5 and 15.6 acres for the construction and maintenance of hostels.
At the same time, the deputies expressed the question for the request of KP “Odessa Electrical Operating and Study Enterprise” regarding the transfer of 10 acres of land on the Arcadia beach for permanent use. The deputy Zhanna Mandrychenko was not satisfied with the explanations provided, so the issue was postponed, and the deputy was instructed to go to the place to evaluate the site. They also did not agree another plot for the same enterprise of 3 hundred on the Balkivska - there are pump stations.
