According to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the military transporter IL-76 crashed during the take-off from the aerodrome Severery. The aircraft made a planned flight, but for unknown reasons there was an accident that led to tragic consequences.
Eight crew members and seven passengers were on board the aircraft. According to Mash telegrams, everyone who was on the plane was killed.
The cause of the accident was the fire of one of the engines that occurred during the takeoff of the aircraft.
