In the USA, they call on Biden to withdraw from the election race

According to New York Times, Biden should not run for the second term of presidency in the United States. This decision is the result of important events and circumstances that influenced the political situation in the country, including failed debate with former President Donald Trump and the overall assessment of Biden's current state.

The New York Times newspaper on behalf of its editorial staff called on Baiden not to run for a second term.

According to the results of the failed debate with Trump, it became clear that "Biden was no longer the man he was four years ago" when he won Trump in 2020.

NYT reminds that Biden's debate was "trying" to expose Trump, but could not always finish his phrases.

"The presidential speech cannot be written off on a bad night or a predictable cold. He confirmed the fears that have accumulated over months or even years. Even when Biden tried to outline his political proposals, he stumbled," the article reads.

At the same time, the publication is surprised that Biden himself summoned Trump on these debate, set out his conditions, but "failed his own test."

Therefore, "the greatest public service that Mr Biden can now provide is to declare that he will no longer run."

Remaining in the race, "the President has started a reckless game."

"There are leaders of Democrats who are better prepared for presenting clear, convincing and energetic alternatives to Trump's second presidency," the newspaper writes.

At the same time, the editorial staff says that if Biden still decides to run, then the New York Times will support him.
