Ukrainians, without properly issued military accounting documents, can temporarily allow work at critical enterprises. Such a rule is contained in Bill No. 13335, which is recommended to be approved in the first reading by the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security.
According to the initiative, businesses will be able to temporarily hire employees who have not provided military documents or have a violation in military accounting. Subject to proper registration, such employees will be able to book up to 45 days.
The bill provides for amendments to the laws “On mobilization preparation and mobilization” and “On the organization of labor relations in the conditions of martial law”. This will allow employers to enter into employment contracts with such employees for the period of probation, even if they do not have all military documents.
Among the authors of the initiative are the chairman of the profile committee Alexander Zaitnevich, as well as People's Deputies Roman Kostenko, Oleksandr Fedienko and others.
Such steps are expected not only to solve the problem of employment for persons with non -actualized military accounting, but also to ensure stable operation of strategically important sectors of the economy.
