On November 19, 2024, Ukraine will apply electricity shutdowns due to damage to energy storage during a massive rocket attack that occurred yesterday. The shutdowns will last up to eight hours a day, depending on the queue to which consumers belong.
- 6:00 – 7:00 - one turn of off
- 7:00 – 9:00 - Two queues of disconnections
- 9:00 – 14:00 - one turn of off
- 14:00 – 18:00 - Two queues of disconnections
- 18:00 – 23:00 - one turn of off
The time and amount of restrictions for each consumer can be specified on the official pages of the distribution system operator.
Damage to energy appliances during a rocket attack led to the need to introduce temporary shutdowns to reduce the load on the network. Energy are working to restore damaged objects.
- Time of shutdowns: depends on the number of queues. One stage - 4 hours of restrictions a day, two - 8 hours, three - 12 hours.
- Consumers who do not belong to critical infrastructure, divided into 6 queues, and shutdowns will be made depending on the queue.
- Ukrenergo calls for electricity consumption in the period of restrictions.
