The United Kingdom has concluded an international agreement with Japan and Italy on the future combat aviation program aimed at creating an innovative stealth fighter with supersonic capabilities and advanced technologies.
It is stated that this stealth fighter will be intended to improve military potential, development and strategic benefits for all three countries. The project determines the key stage of the global combat aviation program (GCAP), the initiative of which will be based in the United Kingdom.
It is planned that the aircraft will be ready for operation by 2035 and equipped with a powerful radar, capable of providing 10 thousand times more data than modern systems, providing it with a greater advantage in combat conditions. The agreement will promote future stability in the Indo-Pacific and global security at all.
