Vance, Zelensky and the issue of end of war in Ukraine

The United States Vice President, Jay Di, intends to participate in the Munich Security Conference, which will begin on February 14, 2025. One of the key events will be Vance meeting with President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky. This became known from CBS News sources.

The Munich Security Conference, which will last until February 16, will collect more than 60 leaders of countries and governments. It is an important event for international policy that expected important discussions, including the end of the war in Ukraine. The participants of the conference will be representatives of the new White House Administration, including Jay Di Vance. The meeting of Vens with President Zelensky has no specific date, as well as unknown negotiation details. However, important issues will be discussed at the conference, including military assistance to Ukraine and ways to reach peace in the region.

It should be reminded that Jay Di Vance had previously spoken for reducing military assistance to Ukraine, which caused some contradictions in the US Presidential Administration. At that time, Donald Trump, Mike Voltz and Kit Kellogg, offered more radical pressure methods on Moscow to complete the war. This split in the US administration was the subject of discussions in political circles. In addition to the main conference program, about 200 related events and dozens of public events will be held, which will allow representatives of the countries to discuss a wide range of international problems.

It has not yet been reported to meet Zelensky with Donald Trump, although Trump himself announced that he would meet with the Ukrainian leader in the coming days. However, according to CBS News, there is no such meeting at this time.
