The EU's High Representative on Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Callas will make a working visit to the United States and Canada. As part of the trip, which will last from March 10 to March 14, Callas will speak to the UN Security Council in New York, and will also take part in a meeting of foreign ministers G7, which will take place in Canadian Charlevua.
In particular, on March 11, Callas will apply to the UN Security Council for the first time on EU cooperation and the United Nations. The meeting with the UN Secretary General Anthony Guterres is also scheduled.
After that, from March 12 to March 14, Kai Callas will join the meeting of G7 foreign ministers in Charlevua.
"The discussion will focus on the situation in the Middle East, the support of Ukraine in the face of Russia's aggression, stability in the Indo-Pacific region, the crisis on Haiti and Venezuela, as well as the challenges of peace and security in Africa," the EU reported.
This visit is expected to strengthen Ukraine's international support and further coordinate EU actions with global partners.
