The abduction that no one was able to explain

It is not a scene from a fantastic movie, but a real story that happened in Pasquula, Mississippi, October 11, 1973.

After 50 years, this case continues to intrigue ufologists and researchers, and the recent documentary series on Amazon Prime has drawn attention again. Three eyewitnesses - Kelvin Parker (19 years old), Charles Hickson (42 years old) and Maria Blair - were on the banks of the Pasquula River when they saw blue flashing lights and two oval objects. The strange creatures with the claws took them for the forearm and, as if work, raised the spacecraft on board. Inside, they inspected a mysterious device, similar to a huge floating eye. Parker, who was only 19 years old, confessed that this event changed his life forever. He was silent for years, fearing a ridicule, but eventually told his story in the book Pascagola - The Closest Encounter (2018). He was accompanied by numerous testimony - that evening, many locals saw strange objects in the sky. Eyewitness testimony was checked by a lie detector, and they did not give any signs of deception. A similar incident in the history of UFOs: two years after the events in Pascagula, there was a famous case of the abduction of Travis Wolton (1975), which also declared contacts with aliens.

Some believe that Hickson and Parker could invent history. Others suggest that it was hypnagogical hallucination (a state between sleep and wakefulness). However, the fact remains: they remained true to their story for the rest of their lives.

Passagulus case is one of the most convincing contacts of UFO contact. It remains unsolved even after 50 years, and new research and documentaries continue to heat interest.
