The assistant of the judge of the Dniprovsky Court of Appeal was at the center of the scandal through the transmission of closed information to persons related to criminal circles. According to the investigation, it unauthorized received data from the Unified State Register of Judgments and transferred them to outsiders. The case was transferred to the court.
The investigation found that the woman helped criminals to learn about the planned searches or other investigative actions that could concern individuals. She received surnames for verification through messengers, then tracked the necessary information twice a week. A number of cases of transmission of confidential data have been documented.
After exposing the violation, she was dismissed. The former assistant judge is accused of unauthorized copying of information from automated systems by prior conspiracy. For such actions, she faces up to six years in prison.
