Ukrainians can independently calculate their future pension by a special formula, which takes into account the average salary in the country, the individual salary ratio and the length of service.
Formula for pension calculation. Pension = SZA × ICZ × CSS, where: SZA - average wage in Ukraine over the last three years, ICZ - individual wage ratio (ratio of your average salary to the country average), CSS - insurance ratio (number of years of experience × 1%).
2 725 UAH - for non -working pensioners regardless of experience. 3 370 UAH-for pensioners 65-70 years with full experience that do not work. 2 980 UAH - for persons up to 70 years and people with disabilities of group I with full experience. 3 240 UAH-for pensioners 70-80 years (with an internship of 20 years for women and 25 years for men). 3 370 UAH - for pensioners from 80 years (with an internship of 20 years for women and 25 years for men). In Ukraine, special conditions for retirement are provided for combatants (UBD). They can retire a previously set age if they have sufficient insurance. Men - 25 years of experience. Women - 20 years of experience
