Servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine who do not have their own housing at the place of service are entitled to compensation for renting a home, or the so -called “superstition”. It is a significant financial support that helps to cover housing costs in the region where the military unit is located. In addition, in case of changing the place of service, servicemen are assisted for moving. Below are the key aspects of getting up and lifting assistance, including the procedure for submitting documents and payments.
"Live" is a compensation for renting a home, which is paid by military persons who do not have their own real estate at the place of service. In order to receive this compensation, a serviceman must submit an appropriate report and provide a package of documents, in particular: a certificate of lack of his own housing; a copy of the lease agreement; Documents confirming the composition of the family.
The collection and submission of documents may take time, but these efforts are justified by the opportunity to obtain significant financial support. The size varies depending on the place of service:
In Kiev: 4 560 UAH per month.
In regional centers: 3 420 UAH per month.
In other settlements: 2 280 UAH per month.
For servicemen with families (three or more persons), the amount of compensation increases 1.5 times, which provides more comfortable living conditions for the whole family. Payment is made on the basis of a report approved by the commander of the part, which is also entitled to check the reliability of the information provided on the lease.
When changing the place of service, servicemen can receive lifting assistance, which is calculated on the basis of monthly cash supply of the military. The main amount is added another 50% of its size for each member of the family moving with it, as well as daily days spent on the road.
For example, for a serviceman with his wife and two children, the total amount will include:
Monthly financial support for a serviceman.
50% of financial security for each family member (wife and two children).
Daily for the days of moving.
This assistance is provided no more than twice a year, regardless of the number of crossings. The payment is made on the basis of the order of the commander of the military unit after submitting the relevant report.
If both of the spouses serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, each of them is entitled to receive lifting assistance when changing the place of service. This allows both servicemen to receive support to cover the costs associated with moving and provide comfortable living conditions in a new place.
Housing rental compensation and lifting care are important elements of social protection of servicemen, especially those who are forced to change their place of service frequently and do not have their own housing. Such financial support helps to ensure stability and comfort for the military and their families, which is especially relevant during service in different regions of Ukraine.
