17-year-old Vinger Lamin Yamal has signed a new long-term contract with a Spanish football grade-Barcelona. The official announcement of the continuation of the agreement with the pupil of the Catalan club appeared on the team website.
Under the new agreement, Yamal will remain in Barcelona at least until the summer of 2031. The previous contract of the young talent was valid by the end of the 2025/26 season. Expanding cooperation was a logical step after the successful season of the football player.
This season, Yamal spent 55 matches in all tournaments, scored 18 goals and made 25 productive gears. Thanks to his contribution, Barcelona won three prestigious trophies: the Championship in La Liga, the Spain Cup and Spain Super Cup.
