Yermak announced the conditions for negotiations with Russia

The head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak expressed the conditions under which negotiations with Russia are possible, emphasizing that peace talks can only begin if they return to a situation that was on February 23, 2022. However, in his opinion, Russia has no interest in peace.

Yermak noted that Ukraine is ready for negotiations, but only if Russia agrees to the end of the war and the restoration of Ukraine's borders as of the beginning of the beginning of a full -scale invasion, that is, on February 23, 2022. However, he emphasized that Russia is not interested in the peaceful settlement of the conflict, which is confirmed not only by hostilities but also by the last steps of the Kremlin, such as the transfer of North Korean military to Russia and the development of new weapons.

Yermak also drew attention to the danger that Russia's actions on the front. In particular, he noted the launch of a medium -range hypersonic rocket, capable of carrying nuclear weapons, along the Dnieper, which is another testimony to the Kremlin's aggressive policy. In addition, Putin's threats of further blows only emphasize Russia's unwillingness to go to peace talks.

Yermak emphasized that Ukraine must meet every Russian blow and nuclear threat with unwavering determination, and do not allow concessions about its interests. He also called for immediate strengthening of sanctions against Russia, as well as to increase the military and civilian potential of Ukraine, including strengthening of air defense.

At the same time, Yermak stressed that Europe should activate its efforts and form its own reliable strategic approach to security and economic stability in the region. Strengthening defense, economic and diplomatic components will be the key to long -term peace and security on the continent.

The head of the Presidential Office noted that Ukraine's support should be long and stable, and partner countries should continue to provide military and economic assistance so that Ukraine can continue its struggle and restoration after the war.
