“Member States can immediately increase their support due to the increased fiscal space. Several Member States have already announced their obligations to allocate up to 15 billion euros, ”the President of the Euro Council said.
According to him, the European Council also "instructed the EU Council to work immediately on further initiatives aimed at meeting the urgent military and defense needs of Ukraine."
