Prosecutors of the Odessa region were charged with three men who participated in the illegal crossing of citizens across the state border of Ukraine. This was reported by the press service of the Odessa Regional Prosecutor's Office.
According to the investigation, the suspects were established by an illegal enterprise aimed at organizing illegal transfer of military personnel across the state border. To find those who want to leave the country, they used Internet resources and relationships with personal acquaintances.
The criminal scheme was also supported by the clergyman of one of the temples of the UOC of the Moscow Patriarchate, who was actively engaged in the search and involvement of military personnel, a private doctor who advised conscripts about allegedly existing diagnoses and diseases, as well as the executor responsible for the fact
The suspects instructed the fugitives and coordinated their actions, and provided the necessary documents for unimpeded departure from Ukraine, including certificates from the Military Medical Commission on unfitness to military service and temporary certificates of the military.
According to the investigation, the cost of such services was $ 7,500 per "willing". Prosecutors have proceeded to further investigate this criminal case.
